1. Information We Collect
We may collect names, telephone and mobile numbers, email addresses, billing and service addresses, property details, lawn and pest concerns, estimates, service history, appointments, invoices, payment-related records, communication preferences, SMS consent and opt-out records, and website usage information (such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and analytics data where used). We collect information through website forms, service requests, customer communications, transactions, and voluntary signups.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries; provide estimates for landscaping services; schedule visits; send service updates, invoices, receipts and account notices; deliver customer support; maintain records; improve our operations; and send marketing emails or texts when permitted and, for marketing SMS, after obtaining the required consent.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
Lawns By Luke uses FieldRoutes Marketing Pro and Twilio-supported messaging services for authorized communications. Customers who affirmatively opt in to marketing texts may receive recurring messages about landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting, hardscaping, maintenance services, seasonal specials and promotional offers. Separate service-related messages may include appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service updates and account information where authorized. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program or HELP for assistance. You may also contact 859-327-5317. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. We honor applicable opt-out requests.
4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records for independent marketing. We may provide limited information to vendors such as FieldRoutes and Twilio solely to operate messaging services on our behalf, subject to appropriate protections; those vendors are not authorized by us to use that information for their own independent marketing.
5. Email Communications
We may send service-related emails about estimates, appointments, invoices, receipts, and care instructions. We may also send promotional emails about seasonal services and special offers in accordance with applicable law. Promotional emails will provide an unsubscribe method, and requests will be honored within the legally required timeframe. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop transactional or service-related emails.
6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We may share information as needed with service providers supporting scheduling, customer relationship management, messaging, website hosting, payment processing, and accounting. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. The restrictions on sharing mobile information and SMS consent for third-party marketing in Section 4 apply to these disclosures.
